CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) - a form of formatting text on web pages that offers more flexibility than HTML. "Styles" are written that tell the web browser how to display Page Titles, Headers, Paragraphs, etc.. Groups of CSS Styles can be written to a separate file called a Stylesheet, which can then be linked to any pages in your website. Then if you want to change the Headers on your website to Blue, just change the "Header" CSS Style on the Stylesheet, upload the new Stylesheet to your web server, and all web pages will display your Headers using the color Blue. CSS Styles are already formatted into EZ Web Templates and are very easy to use.
